ROCHELLE — On Feb. 11 at 11 a.m. Justin Myers, 36, of Rochelle was arrested for violation of child murderer & violent offender against youth registration act and transferred.
On Feb. 11 at 8:42 p.m. Jennifer Stark, 39, of Rochelle was arrested for criminal trespass to real property. She was released on a notice to appear with a March 14 Ogle County court date.
On Feb. 12 at 9:32 a.m. Joshua A. Rabenau, 28, of Joliet was cited for speeding 52 in a 30 miles per hour zone and passing an emergency vehicle. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 7 Rochelle court date.
On Feb. 12 at 6:55 a.m. Juan R. Martinez, 24, of Dilley, Texas was cited for expired registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 7 Rochelle court date.
On Feb. 13 at 1:04 p.m. Colleen Ogegaard, 53, of Wayne was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 7 Rochelle court date.
On Feb. 13 at 7:29 a.m. Jennifer R. Stark, 39, of Rochelle was arrested for disorderly conduct and transferred.
All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
