On Feb. 27 at 9:55 p.m. Anthony Losoya, 19, of Rochelle was cited for disregarding a stop sign. She signed a promise to comply and was given a March 31 Rochelle court date.
On Feb. 27 at 9:29 p.m. Matthew F. Marotta, 26, of Iowa City was cited for driving 21-25 miles per hour above the speed limit. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 31 Rochelle court date.
On Feb. 27 at 9:31 p.m. Trezure G. Bryant, 21, of Bolingbrook was cited for disregarding a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 31 Rochelle court date.
