ROCHELLE — On Feb. 3 at 11:53 a.m. Ryan D. Stultz, 37, of Rochelle was cited for no valid registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 7 Rochelle court date.
On Feb. 4 at 1:02 a.m. Bryan B. Lopez Pichardo, 21, of Rochelle was arrested for no valid driver’s license and cited for speeding 62 in a 40 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 7 Rochelle court date.
On Feb. 4 at 3:13 a.m. Koreem Ladha, 24, of Ashton was cited for speeding 51 in a 30 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 7 Rochelle court date.
On Feb. 4 at 7:52 a.m. Richard J. Grasty, 18, of DeKalb was arrested for domestic battery and transferred.
On Feb. 4 at 6:55 a.m. Jordan M. Albright, 26, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 49 in a 30 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 7 Rochelle court date.
On Feb. 5 at 1:34 a.m. Luis M. Esquivel, 30, of DeKalb was arrested for driving while license suspended and an Ogle Cunty warrant and transferred.
On Feb. 4 at 8:17 p.m. Emmajo R. Sweger, 20, of Rochelle was arrested for domestic battery and transferred.
On Feb. 5 at 6:43 p.m. Mohan Liu, 34, of Coralville was cited for cellphone use while driving. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 7 Rochelle court date.
On Feb. 4 at 4:45 p.m. Juan C. Rodriguez-Fisher, 32, of Rochelle was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 7 Rochelle court date.
On Feb. 5 at 1:30 p.m. Eric W. Camp, 60, of Rochelle was arrested on an Ogle County warrant and transferred.
On Feb. 4 at midnight Maurice T. Holland, 38, of Rockford was arrested for driving while licenses suspended and cited for improper headlights. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 7 Rochelle court date.
On Feb. 6 at 3:31 p.m. Richard Bernard, 34, of Atlanta, Georgia was arrested for financial institution fraud, theft and cited for obstructing identification. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 7 Ogle County court date.
On Feb. 6 at 2:47 p.m. Yanisleydis Cruz Lafita, 24, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 50 in a 30 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a March 7 Rochelle court date.
All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
