On Jan. 19 at 12:46 p.m. Hannah E. Fulara, 29, of Oglesby was cited for speeding 57 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Feb. 16 Rochelle court date.

Rochelle Police Report: Jan. 19-22, 2024

ROCHELLE — On Jan. 19 at 12:46 p.m. Hannah E. Fulara, 29, of Oglesby was cited for speeding 57 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Feb. 16 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 20 at 3:52 p.m. Fiorella Belfiore, 34, of Rochelle was cited for improper backing on roadway. She signed a promise to comply and was given a March 1 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 20 at 1:49 p.m. Philip J. Horvath, 20, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 63 miles per hour in a 45 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Feb. 16 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 21 at 1:27 p.m. Peggy Mattis, 73, of Rochelle was cited for disobeying a stop sign. She signed a promise to comply and was given a March 1 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 21 at 1:52 p.m. Michelle Ruelas, 28, of Rochelle was cited for disobeying a stop sign. She signed a promise to comply and was given a March 1 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 21 at 4:09 p.m. Doni Swick, 50, of Sycamore was cited for speeding 62 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 1 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 21 at 11:31 p.m. Priscilla Bohannon, 18, of Rochelle was cited for improper use of horn. She signed a promise to comply and was given a March 1 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 22 at 1:36 p.m. Navid Niyazi, 29, of Elk Grove Village was cited for improper lane usage. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Feb. 16 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 22 at 3:38 p.m. Ashley R. Jones, 33, of Rochelle was arrested for an outstanding Ogle County warrant and for driving while license suspended. He was released on a notice to comply with a Feb. 16 Rochelle court date.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
