ROCHELLE — On Jan. 24 at 1:03 p.m. Przemyslaw C. Strzelecki, 53, of Charlotte, North Carolina was cited for improper backing. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Feb. 25 Rochelle court date.
On Jan. 25 at 7:06 a.m. Gregory W. Davis, 53, of Dakota was cited for failure to yield turning left. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Feb. 25 Rochelle court date.
On Jan. 25 at 1:01 p.m. Rustam Nasybulin, 53, of Brooklyn, New York was cited for failure to yield right of way. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Feb. 25 Rochelle court date.
On Jan. 27 at 2:22 p.m. Tina R. Cupp, 53, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and transferred.
On Jan. 27 at 10:44 p.m. Jowell Estrada, 28, of DeKalb was cited for leaving the scene of a vehicle damage accident and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was released on an I-Bond and given a March 18 Rochelle court date.
