On Jan. 30 at 5:19 a.m. Luis Rubio Matos, 32, of Rockford was cited for speeding 64 in a 40 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Feb. 21 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 30 at 8:43 a.m. Michael D. Wolff, 70, of Cherry Valley was cited for improper turn. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Feb. 21 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 30 at 1:26 p.m. Anthony Boudreau, 66, of Rochelle was arrested for driving while license suspended and theft under $500. He was also cited for unlawful possession of registration sticker and operating an uninsured vehicle. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Feb. 14 Ogle County court date.

On Feb. 1 at 8:12 a.m. Humberto R. Valdez, 56, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 59 in a 40 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 7 Rochelle court date.

On Feb. 1 at 8:52 a.m. Junior Alvarado Deleon, 24, of Rochelle was cited for disregarding a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 7 Rochelle court date.

On Feb. 3 at 9:54 a.m. Spencer K. Contreras, 28, of Rochelle was cited for suspended registration and no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 7 Rochelle court date.
