ROCHELLE — On Jan. 3 at 2:12 p.m. Julie Haray, 48, of Rockford was cited for disregarding a stop sign and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 24 Rochelle court date.
On Jan. 3 at 5:05 p.m. David Mollet, 57, of Rochelle was arrested for driving under the influence and cited for illegal transportation/possession of alcohol.
On Jan. 5 at 9:56 p.m. Jesus Rios Navarro, 29, of Rochelle was arrested for an Ogle County warrant for domestic battery and transferred.
All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
