ROCHELLE — On Jan. 4 at 8:29 a.m. Paul A. Powers, 45, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and transferred.

On Jan. 4 at 10:03 a.m. Rafael Mancinas, 22, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant. He paid $300 and was given a Jan. 28 Ogle County court date.

On Jan. 3 at 11:08 a.m. Juan A. Montelongo, 50, of Rochelle was cited for no insurance. He was given a Feb. 4 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 4 at 8:06 a.m. Esaveri Mulindwa, 22, of Rockford was cited for speeding 55 m.p.h. in a 35 m.p.h. zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Feb. 4 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 6 1:31 p.m. Edward H. Strong, 32, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Kendall County warrant and transferred. He was also cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and given a Feb. 25 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 6 at 2:56 p.m. Kassie G. Gates, 22, of Rochelle was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. She was given a Feb. 25 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 6 at 8:21 p.m. Ulises O. Moreno, 25, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and for driving while license suspended. He paid $284 and was given a Feb. 4 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 6 at 8:16 p.m. Travis S. Thomas, 41, of Rochelle was arrested for battery. He was released on an I-Bond and given a Feb. 18 Rochelle court date.
