ROCHELLE — On July 18 at 4:52 p.m. Juan C. Solano, 56, of Rochelle was cited for changing lanes without signal. He was released on a notice to appear with an Aug. 16 Rochelle court date.

On July 18 at 5:27 p.m. Jorge Medina-Diaz, 36, of Rochelle was cited for driving 15-20 miles per hour above speed limit. He was released on a notice to appear with an Aug. 16 Rochelle court date.

On July 18 at 8:34 p.m. Cecilia C. Seier, 27, of Rochelle was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle and expired registration. She was released on a notice to appear with an Aug. 16 Rochelle court date.

On July 18 at 10:09 p.m. Randy A. Von Haden, 44, of Belvidere was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. He was released on a notice to appear with an Aug. 16 Rochelle court date.

On July 18 at 10:45 p.m. John I. Oliver Jr., 32, of Rochelle was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. He was released on a notice to appear with an Aug. 16 Rochelle court date.

On July 19 at 2:08 a.m. Jose M. Ramirez, 38, of Belvidere was cited for driving 21-25 miles per hour over the speed limit. He was released on a notice to appear with an Aug. 16 Rochelle court date.

On July 19 at 8:10 p.m. Narielle N. Harris, 21, of DeKalb was arrested for retail theft. In the same incident, Yumi Gonzalez, 29, of DeKalb was arrested for the same offense. Both were released on notices to appear with Aug. 23 Ogle County court dates.

On July 20 at 1:57 a.m. Sean M. Lawrence, 32, of Rochelle was arrested for driving under the influence and cited for disobeying a stop sign. He was released on a notice to appear with an Aug. 16 Rochelle court date.

On July 22 at 2:20 p.m. Araceli M. Zepeda, 25, of Rochelle was arrested for an outstanding DeKalb County warrant and transferred. She was also cited for speeding and signed a notice to appear with an Aug. 16 Rochelle court date.  

On July 22 at 6:39 p.m. Renee L. Rowe, 53, of Rockford was cited for smoking in a vehicle with a minor present. She signed a promise to comply and was given an Aug. 16 Rochelle court date.

On July 22 at 7:51 p.m. Elijah B. Oluduro, 24, of Rochelle was cited for speeding and no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Aug. 16 Rochelle court date.

On July 22 at 9:02 p.m. Ghea N. Demps, 25, of DeKalb was cited for speeding. She signed a promise to comply and was given an Aug. 16 Rochelle court date.

On July 22 at 10:20 p.m. a 16-year-old juvenile of Lee was cited for no lights when required. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Aug. 16 Rochelle court date.

On July 22 at 4:33 p.m. Victoria R. Welker, 24, of DeKalb was cited for speeding. She signed a promise to comply and was given an Aug. 16 Rochelle court date.

On July 22 at 3:50 p.m. Jon C. Sheely, 42, of Oregon was cited for speeding. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Aug. 16 Rochelle court date.

On July 22 at 5:43 p.m. Marlyn Garcia-Carlos, 21, of Mendota was cited for speeding. She signed a promise to comply and was given an Aug. 16 Rochelle court date.
