ROCHELLE — On June 10 at 7:26 a.m. Javier Montoya, 20, of Elgin was cited for speeding 54 in a 30 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 11 Rochelle court date.

On June 10 at 4:46 p.m. Benjamin Pflipsen, 25, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 58 in a 35 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 11 Rochelle court date.

On June 14 at 8:14 a.m. Frank A. Pisano, 27, of Montgomery was cited for expired registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 11 Rochelle court date.

On June 14 at 9:38 a.m. Eduardo Guzman-Brito, 32, of Rochelle was cited for illegal tint. He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 11 Rochelle court date.

On June 14 at 10 a.m. Roman Saldana-Hernandez, 24, of Rochelle was cited for illegal tint. He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 11 Rochelle court date.

On June 14 at 10:40 a.m. Sarah Madoxen, 28, of DeKalb was cited for disobeying a stop sign. She signed a promise to comply and was given a July 11 Rochelle court date.

On June 14 at 7:37 p.m. Robert J. Lopez, 34, of Rochelle was arrested for domestic battery and transferred.

On June 15 at 12:38 p.m. Moises Milan, 61, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 61 in a 40 miles per hour zone and illegal window tint. He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 11 Rochelle court date.

On June 15 at 12:52 p.m. Brandt T. Wolter, 19, of Chana was cited for illegal window tint. He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 11 Rochelle court date.

On June 15 at 1:31 p.m. Yesica T. Beltran Perez, 29, of Rochelle was arrested for no valid driver’s license. She signed a promise to comply and was given a July 11 Rochelle court date.

On June 16 at 3:25 p.m. Juan C. Aguilera Sanchez, 24, of Rochelle was cited for no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 11 Rochelle court date.

On June 17 at 3:15 a.m. Laney Guerrero, 18, of Dixon was cited for speeding 65 in a 45 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a July 11 Rochelle court date.
