ROCHELLE — On June 7 at 10:02 a.m. Gloria Fulgencio, 54, of Rochele was cited for expired registration. She signed a promise to comply and was given a July 11 Rochelle court date.

On June 7 at 1:05 p.m. Trevor Serpas, 27, of St. Amant, Louisiana as cited for speeding 59 in a 35 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 11 Rochelle court date.

On June 7 at 5:03 p.m. a 17-year-old juvenile of Esmond was cited for speeding 59 in a 35 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 11 Rochelle court date.

On June 8 at 12:54 a.m. Joseph L. Brestan, 21, of DeKalb was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failure to give notice of accident, and no seat belt. He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 11 Rochelle court date.

On June 8 at 2:33 p.m. Jennifer Stark, 39, of Rochelle was arrested for violation of an order of protection and transferred.

On June 8 at 8:35 p.m. Jesse Hendrickson, 28, of Rochelle was arrested on an Ogle County warrant and transferred.

On June 8 at 11:23 p.m. a 17-year-old juvenile of DeKalb was arrested for driving without a license. He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 11 Rochelle court date.

On June 8 at 1:49 p.m. Timothy J. Foster, 38, of Rochelle was cited for disregarding a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 11 Rochelle court date.

On June 9 at 12:17 p.m. Mayra B. Caudel, 37, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 59 in a 40 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a July 11 Rochelle court date.

On June 9 at 3:05 p.m. Ivan Nonato-Nonato, 29, of Rochelle was cited for illegal tint. He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 11 Rochelle court date.

On June 9 at 4:28 p.m. Jeffrey A. Askins, 58, of Rochelle was arrested for battery. He was released on a notice to appear with a June 27 Ogle County court date.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
