ROCHELLE — On March 12 at 10:49 a.m. Ronald L. King, 73, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 67 in a 45 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 4 Rochelle court date.

On March 12 at 7:35 a.m. Mike N. Melco, 52, of Huntley was cited for speeding 72 in a 45 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 4 Rochelle court date.

On March 12 at 8:31 a.m. Marissa M. Williams, 27, of Huntley was cited for no insurance. She signed a promise to comply and was given an April 4 Rochelle court date.

On March 12 at 2:11 p.m. a 14-year-old juvenile of Rochelle was arrested for aggravated battery and mob action. In the same incident, a 13-year-old juvenile and 15-year-old juvenile were also both arrested for aggravated battery and mob action. All three male juveniles were transferred.

On March 13 at 4:57 a.m. Terry M. Fogarty II, 56, of Rochelle was cited for disregarding a stop sign and no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 4 Rochelle court date.

On March 12 at 10:55 p.m. Dylan C. Cobb, 26, of Rochelle was cited for expired registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 4 Rochelle court date.

On March 13 at 10:45 a.m. Maria E. Correa Caballero, 44, of Aurora was arrested for an Ogle County warrant.

On March 13 at 12:48 p.m. Joshua E. Majcen, 28, of Rochelle was arrested for domestic battery and transferred.

On March 13 at 1:52 p.m. Anmarie R. Kuntz, 34, of Rochelle was arrested for a Rockford Police Department warrant and transferred.

On March 12 at 4:06 p.m. a 14-year-old juvenile of Rochelle was arrested for driving unlicensed and cited for no insurance and passing a school bus loading/unloading. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 4 Rochelle court date.

On March 13 at 8:39 a.m. Jerry L. Elder, 81, of Rochelle was cited for passing a school bus loading/unloading. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 4 Rochelle court date.

On March 13 at 8:49 a.m. Gaston R. Santillan, 43, of Oak Park was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 4 Rochelle court date.

On March 14 at 12:59 a.m. Juan R. Garcia, 25, of Rochelle was arrested for driving under the influence and no valid driver’s license and cited for improper lane use, illegal transportation of alcohol and no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 4 Rochelle court date.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
