ROCHELLE — On March 18 at 3:07 a.m. De Mazz A. Reyes, 23, of Rochelle was cited for expired registration and no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 25 Rochelle court date.

On March 17 at 10:02 p.m. Lexly L. Rocha Rodriguez, 26, of Rochelle was cited for no insurance and cell phone use. She signed a promise to comply and was given an April 25 Rochelle court date.

On March 18 at 1:49 p.m. Dennis M. Jenkins, 66, of Polo was cited for disregarding a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 25 Rochelle court date.

On March 18 at 2:17 p.m. Mark C. White II, 36, of Rochelle was cited for expired registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 25 Rochelle court date.

On March 19 at 6:33 p.m. Samantha R. Belmonte, 34, of Rochelle was cited for suspended registration. She signed a promise to comply and was given an April 25 Rochelle court date.

On March 19 at 6:38 p.m. Sarah E. Hansen, 26, of Rochelle was cited for expired registration. She signed a promise to comply and was given an April 25 Rochelle court date.

On March 20 at 4:02 p.m. Kevin Chidley, 62, of Rochelle was arrested for domestic battery and transferred.

On March 20 at 11:59 a.m. a 17-year-old juvenile of Creston was arrested for driving unlicensed and cited for speeding 51 in a 30 miles per hour zone and no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 25 Rochelle court date.

On March 20 at 11:37 a.m. Adam Farve, 39, of Rochelle was cited for improper passing of an emergency vehicle and no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 25 Rochelle court date.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
