ROCHELLE — On March 27 at 8:28 p.m. Zachary Richards, 39, of Rochelle was arrested for aggravated battery with a dangerous weapon, aggravated battery in a public place, and domestic battery and transferred.
On March 27 at 2:27 p.m. Rodrigo Garcia-Arias, 33, of Chicago was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 25 Rochelle court date.
On March 27 at 2:53 a.m. Jose M. Equivel Medina, 28, of Rochelle was arrested for suspended driver’s license and cited for suspended registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 25 Rochelle court date.
On March 28 at 12:24 a.m. Gerardo Garcia, 39, of Rochelle was arrested for driving under the influence times two. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 25 Rochelle court date.
On March 28 at 7:32 p.m. Deborah Saenz, 54, of Rochelle was arrested for a Lee County warrant and transferred.
On March 30 at 5:21 p.m. Adrienne Lynn Hartsell, 36, of Rochelle was arrested on two Ogle County warrants, a Lee County warrant and a Rockford Police Department warrant and transferred.
All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
