On March 7 at 2:06 p.m. Shawn A. Haenitsch, 50, of Rochelle was arrested for an Ogle County warrant and driving while license revoked and cited for disobeying a stop sign. He was released after paying $150 for the warrant (April 2 Ogle County court date) and with a promise to comply for the other charges (Rochelle court date of April 4).

On March 7 at 1:16 p.m. Jill A. Hayes, 40, of Rochelle was cited for expired registration. She signed a promise to comply and was given an April 4 Rochelle court date.

On March 7 at 9:51 a.m. Roger L. Knutson, 83, of Malta was cited for no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 4 Rochelle court date.
