ROCHELLE — On May 12 at 10:16 a.m. Benjamin Cintora, 76, of DeKalb was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. He signed a promise to comply and was given a June 6 Rochelle court date.
On May 12 at 3 p.m. Otto P. Heisner, 77, of Lindenwood was cited for leaving the scene of an accident and failure to give information/render aid. He signed a promise to comply and was given a June 6 Rochelle court date.
On May 12 at 3:36 p.m. Boadong Yong, 52, of Alhambra, California was cited for illegal parking. He signed a promise to comply and was given a June 6 Rochelle court date.
On May 13 at 1:46 p.m. Melvin Aquino, 19, of Melrose Park was cited for speeding 48 in a 30 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a June 6 Rochelle court date.
On May 13 at 8:34 a.m. Richard H. Kelly, 79, of Mendota was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. He signed a promise to comply and was given a June 6 Rochelle court date.
On May 14 at 1:26 p.m. Rigoberto Galvan, 70, of Rochelle was arrested for domestic battery and transferred.
All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
