ROCHELLE — On May 17 at 11:19 a.m. Heather E. Harms, 46, of Rochelle was arrested for violation of order of protection and transferred.
On May 17 at 1:59 p.m. Oliver Tovar, 39, of Rockford was arrested for retail theft. He signed a promise to comply and was given a June 13 Ogle County court date.
On May 19 at 12:58 a.m. Lamont J. Amann, 31, of Rochelle was arrested for driving under the influence times two, and cited for suspended registration, expired registration and speeding. He signed a promise to comply and was given a June 20 Rochelle court date.
All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
