ROCHELLE — On May 2 at 11:40 a.m. Janeth Vazquez, 21, of Rochelle was cited for disregarding a yield sign. She signed a promise to comply and was given a May 23 Rochelle court date.
On May 2 at 7:37 p.m. Roberto C. Zamora Rey, 22, of Rochelle was cited for no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given a May 23 Rochelle court date.
On May 3 at 1:49 p.m. Rubi Hannon, 52, of Davis Junction was cited for no insurance and speeding 48 in a 30 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a June 6 Rochelle court date.
On May 3 at 8:16 p.m. Elir Bechairy, 42, of Rochelle was arrested for driving under the influence and DUI over .08 and cited for illegal transportation of alcohol and no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given a June 6 Rochelle court date.
All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
