On May 30 at 7:59 a.m. Cynthia Lopez, 23, of Rochelle was cited for illegal tint. She signed a promise to comply and was given a June 20 Rochelle court date.

On May 30 at 10:33 a.m. Clara C. Silva Cruz, 43, of North Aurora was cited for illegal tint. She signed a promise to comply and was given a June 20 Rochelle court date.
