ROCHELLE — On Nov. 1 at 3:19 p.m. Anjolie E. Hall, 19, of Rochelle was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. She was released on a notice to appear with a Dec. 6 Ogle County court date.
On Nov. 2 at 5:01 p.m. Randall P. Masterson, 75, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding DeKalb County warrant and transferred.
On Nov. 3 at 1:26 p.m. Samantha M. Metzger, 30, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant. She paid $100 and was released.
On Nov. 3 at 7:11 p.m. Emily E. Stone, 23, of Ashton was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.
On Nov. 3 at 8:27 p.m. Hissac Y. Perea, 19, of DeKalb was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.
On Nov. 4 at 12:03 a.m. Lyric S. May, 20, of Creston was cited for a headlight violation. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.
On Nov. 4 at 1:13 a.m. Lazaro A. Gutierrez, 21, of Rochelle was cited for disregarding a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.
On Nov. 4 at 2:57 a.m. Maria Y. Garcia, 36, of Rochelle was cited for a headlight violation. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.
All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
