On Nov. 21 at 4:47 p.m. Shannon Cochrane, 50, of Ashton was arrested on a Lee County warrant and transferred.

On Nov. 22 at 7:59 p.m. Lloyd Ackland, 87, of Compton was cited for disobeying a traffic control device and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.

On Nov. 23 at 7:31 a.m. Jennifer R. Stark, 39, of Rochelle was arrested on an Ogle County warrant and transferred.

On Nov. 23 at 8:28 a.m. Stuart Nelson, 64, of Wisconsin was cited for a seatbelt violation. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 20 Rochelle court date.

On Nov. 23 at 3:22 p.m. Devin Thevenot, 29, of Rockford was cited for no seat belt, no insurance and no driver’s license. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 20 Rochelle court date.

On Nov. 23 at 12:23 p.m. Abigail Ruter, 21, of Mt. Morris was cited for no seat belt. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 20 Rochelle court date.

On Nov. 23 at 12:20 p.m. Trask B. O’Rorke, 30, of Rochelle was cited for no seat belt. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 20 Rochelle court date.

On Nov. 23 at 11:45 a.m. Ashley Vence, 22, of Sterling was cited for speeding 83 in a 70 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 20 Rochelle court date.

On Nov. 23 at Steven Delhotal, 60, of Rochelle was cited for electronic communication device use. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 20 Rochelle court date.
