ROCHELLE — On Nov. 24 at 9:40 a.m. Adam R. Espitia, 40, of Rochelle was arrested for no valid driver’s license and cited for no valid registration and no insurance. He was released on an I-Bond and given a Rochelle court date of Jan. 7.
On Nov. 24 at 12:58 p.m. Kody L. Price, 29, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Livingston County warrant and transferred.
On Nov. 25 at 10:01 p.m. Ray E. Allen, 56, of Rochelle was arrested for criminal trespass and transferred.
