ROCHELLE — On Nov. 5 at 7:11 p.m. Kyler Lara, 22, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 60 in a 40 miles per hour zone. He signed a notice to appear and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.
On Nov. 6 at 5:14 a.m. Kayembe Mukeba, 47, of Rockford was cited for speeding 50 in a 30 miles and expired registration. He signed a notice to appear and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.
On Nov. 6 at 10:15 a.m. Arlyn D. Van Dyke, 77, of Rochelle was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He signed a notice to appear and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.
On Nov. 6 at 9 p.m. Amy E. Evans, 57, of Rochelle was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle. She signed a notice to appear and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.
On Nov. 6 at 9:53 p.m. Edward C. Villalobos, 23, of Rochelle was cited for disregarding a stop sign. He signed a notice to appear and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.
On Nov. 6 at 6:55 p.m. Darline Contreras, 27, of Rochelle was cited for expired registration and operating an uninsured vehicle. She signed a notice to appear and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.
