ROCHELLE — On Oct. 17 at 2:31 p.m. Armando Sarabia, 56, of Rochelle was arrested for battery. He was released on a notice to appear with a Nov. 15 Ogle County court date.
On Oct. 19 at 9:34 a.m. Denise A. Fry, 49, of Rochelle was cited for speeding. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Nov. 15 Rochelle court date.
On Oct. 21 at 4:51 a.m. James L. Musgrave, 40, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 55 oin a 30 miles per hour zone and disobeying a traffic control device. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Nov. 15 Rochelle court date.
On Oct. 20 at 10 p.m. Kayla V. Pichardo, 19, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 54 in a 40 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Nov. 15 Rochelle court date.
All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
