On Oct. 25 at 4:15 p.m. a 16-year-old juvenile of Rochelle was cited for disregarding a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Nov. 15 Rochelle court date.

On Oct. 25 at 11:01 p.m. Reese Kirk, 21, of Rochelle was cited for no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Nov. 15 Rochelle court date.

On Oct. 26 at 10:45 a.m. Roberto Milan, 27, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 60 in a 40 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.

On Oct. 26 at 11:26 a.m. Mario Herrea Elizalde, 20, of Rockford was cited for speeding 54 in a 35 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.

On Oct. 26 at 2:42 p.m. Mason Delille, 23, of Steward was cited for speeding 65 in a 45 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.

On Oct. 26 at 3:21 p.m. Emilia Zivion, 43, of Addison as cited for speeding 62 in a 45 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.

On Oct. 26 at 8:21 p.m. Jacob Snider, 19, of Rochelle was arrested for driving under the influence and BAC .08 or more and cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.

On Oct. 26 at 4:05 a.m. Julio Ramos Jr., 22, of Rochelle was arrested for driving under the influence. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Nov. 13 Ogle County court date.

On Oct. 27 at 8:52 a.m. Enrique Lopez, 21, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 72 in a 55 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.

On Oct. 27 at 2:49 p.m. Carlos Tomas Nunez, 18, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 60 in a 40 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.

On Oct. 27 at 7:29 p.m. Miguel A. Romero, 23, of Rochelle was cited for failure to reduce speed/too fast for conditions. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 23 Rochelle court date.

On Oct. 28 at 9:29 a.m. Stephanie A. Lopez, 37, of Oregon was arrested on an Ogle County warrant and transferred.
