On Oct. 29 at 9:43 a.m. Alexander D. Szafranski, 35, of Elgin was cited for speeding 100 in a 70 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.

Rochelle Police Report: Oct. 29-31, 2024

ROCHELLE — On Oct. 29 at 9:43 a.m. Alexander D. Szafranski, 35, of Elgin was cited for speeding 100 in a 70 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.

On Oct. 30 at 3:09 a.m. Alejandro Perez, 29, of Paw Paw was cited for disobeying a traffic control device and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.

On Oct. 29 at 6:54 p.m. Wil C. Murray, 33, of Rochelle was cited for expired registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.

On Oct. 29 at 11:06 p.m. Bianca Garcia, 25, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 62 in a 40 miles per hour zone and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.

On Oct. 30 at 8:53 a.m. Ivan Munoz-Mandujano, 22, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 60 in a 35 miles per hour zone and was arrested for an outstanding Ogle County warrant. He paid $550 and was released on the warrant and signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.

On Oct. 31 at 8:12 a.m. Keith L. Nelson, 42, of Rochelle was arrested for driving while license revoked and cited for failure to obey a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 13 Rochelle court date.

On Oct. 31 at 6:20 p.m. Priscilla Withrow, 32, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and transferred.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
