ROCHELLE — On Sept. 17 at 7:42 p.m. a 17-year-old female juvenile of Rochelle was arrested for battery and transferred.
On Sept. 21 at 12:41 a.m. Nicholas J. Underhile, 21, of Rochelle was cited for speeding. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of Oct. 22.
On Sept. 21 at 1:55 a.m. Cali B. Ibrahim, 42, of Boston, Massachusetts was arrested canceled CDL and cited for no insurance, improper lane usage and no valid registration. He was released on an I-Bond and given a Rochelle court date of Oct. 22.
On Sept. 20 at 3:17 a.m. a 17-year-old juvenile male, unknown residence, was arrested for attempted robbery and battery and transferred.
