SPRINGFIELD – State Sen. Brian Stewart (R-Freeport) will host two free community events in October to help constituents learn more about the federal Medicare program.
On Oct. 9, Stewart will host a Medicare Informational Seminar from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Carroll County Farm Bureau, Naaman Diehl Auditorium in Mount Carroll.
On Oct. 10, Stewart will host a Medicare Informational Seminar from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Rochelle City Hall, Council Chambers, 420 N. 6th St. in Rochelle.
Facilitated by the Illinois Department on Aging, the Medicare seminars include information about who is eligible, coverage details, and how to get help with out-of-pocket expenses.
