ROCHELLE — The Hub City Senior Center offers a variety of activities.
The Friendship Quilters continue to meet on Thursday afternoons from 12:30 to 3 p.m. The group is open to everyone who enjoys quilting, or any kind of craft work for that matter.
Bring projects you are working on as well as finished projects for show and tell. Enjoy a nice afternoon snack as well and enjoy fellowship.
Jill from the Rock River Center will visit the center on Aug. 7, 14 and 21. Jill can assist with various issues. Call the Hub City Senior Center at 815-562-5050 to schedule an appointment.
Looking ahead to September, the next Rules of the Road Review Course will be held on Thursday, Sept. 12 from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. If your driver’s license is coming up for renewal shortly, this class will prepare you to take the test with full confidence. Preregistration is not required.
