On Nov. 8.  Ogle County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jason Stombaugh, 33, of Oregon, on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for violating an order of protection. Stombaugh had a $3,000/10 percent bond, bond was posted and he was released from the Ogle County Jail. Stombaugh will return to court on Dec. 6 at 9 a.m.
Nov. 11

On Nov. 11 at approximately 10:54 a.m. I was dispatched to the intersection of River Road and Main Drive in reference to a property damage accident. After investigation, deputies placed Melissa Alumbaugh, 30, of Sterling, under arrest for an Ogle County traffic warrant and an obstructing identification. Alumbaugh was additionally issued a citation for operating an uninsured vehicle. Alumbaugh was transported to the Ogle County Jail where she was held in lieu of bond.
