STERLING — Velda L. Mosimann, 81, passed away Saturday, Aug. 10, 2019 at CGH Medical Center in Sterling. She was born Nov. 3, 1937 in Compton, the daughter of Walter and Mildred (Justis) Mosimann.
Velda is survived by a sister, Delores Wellman of Dixon; a brother, Richard Mosimann of Rochelle; and a niece, Diane (Tim) Stiens of Dixon.
Velda is preceded in death by her parents.
A visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 15 at the Unger-Horner Funeral Home, 400 N. Sixth Street in Rochelle. Burial will follow the visitation at Trinity Memory Gardens in Rochelle.
