ROCHELLE — Vernon L. Randall, 89, of Rochelle passed away on March 12. Vernon was born on March 11, 1933 in Finksburg, Maryland. Vernon was a resident of the Rochelle area for 75 years. He loved music, playing guitar and singing. He also enjoyed fishing and was an animal lover. He had a unique bond with companion animals. He was a dedicated employee of Del Monte for 35 years. He was hard working and respected. He also had a charismatic personality that impressed everyone he knew. He loved his two daughters. He was a beloved father, grandfather and great grandfather.

Vernon is survived by two daughters, Renee Bogue of Overton, Texas and Rhonda Lowden of Overton, Texas; three grandchildren, Brittany (Kuzma) Ziblich, Amber (Mark) Cordle and Christen (Calvin) Espich; four great grandchildren, Cooper, Niko, Camryn and Chance; one sister, Janet; one cousin, Mary Bauer of Rochelle; As well as one special friend, Garrett Williams.

He is preceded in death by his parents.
