On March 15 at 10:11 p.m., Rochelle police cited Christian Oropeza, 20, of Rochelle, for speeding 55 m.p.h. in a 30 m.p.h. zone. He issued a promise to comply. His court date is set for April 17.
On March 15 at 9:43 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Donald J. Bingham, 63, of Rochelle, for criminal trespassing. He was transported to jail.
