ROCKFORD — Brian M. Clark, son, brother, uncle and friend, passed away Monday, Oct. 1, 2018 at his home in Rockford at the age of 33.  Brian was born on Dec. 17, 1984 in DeKalb, to James and Cindy (Long) Clark. 
He will be greatly missed and always remembered by his family and loved ones.
Brian is survived by his parents, James and Cindy Clark of Rochelle; two sisters, Jennifer (Christopher) Bigall of McHenry, and Megan Clark of Rochelle; grandfather, William Long of Cortland; favorite niece, Libby; and aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
There will be a private service held for family at a later date.  Cremation care has been provided by the Unger-Horner Funeral Home.
