ROCHELLE – On Aug. 31 at 10:26 a.m. April R. Burgess, 32, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and transferred.

On Aug. 31 at 8:46 p.m. Danex S. Herrera, 49, of Rochelle was cited for improper lane usage. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of Oct. 1.

On Aug. 27 at 12:05 p.m. Matthew Rogers, 53, of Rochelle was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident/failure to report. He was released on an I-Bond and given a Rochelle court date of Oct. 1.

On Sept. 2 at 7:37 a.m. Kebar Preston, 27, of Rochelle was arrested for three counts of aggravated assault, aggravated battery, two counts of criminal damage to property and domestic battery and transferred.

On Sept. 2 at 7:31 p.m. Randal G. Litton, 45, of Rochelle was arrested for domestic battery and transferred.

On Sept. 2 at 8:44 p.m. Tina R. Cupp, 53, of Rochelle arrested on two outstanding Ogle County warrants and transferred.

On Sept. 2 at 10:01 p.m. Daniel E. Pieler, 42, of Rochelle was arrested for domestic battery and transferred.
