STEWARD — Rosalie M. Boehle, 96, formerly of Steward, passed away on Nov. 29, 2019. Rosalie was born on Jan. 18, 1923 in West Brooklyn, to George and Lorena (Bodmer) Bernardin.
She was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Rochelle. She did furniture upholstery, as well as collected stamps, farm toys and had a doll collection. The thing that gave her the most joy was spending time with family.
Rosalie is survived by three children, Daniel (Sandra) Boehle of Oregon, Michael (Bonnie) Boehle of Rochelle, and Kenneth (Patricia) Boehle of Ashton; as well as six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Walter Boehle (2001); one daughter, Patricia; and one brother, Edwin.
Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church Rochelle on Dec. 9 at 10:30 a.m. with visitation one hour prior to the mass. Interment will follow at Trinity Memory Garden Cemetery Rochelle.
