ROCHELLE – The City of Rochelle Community Development Department is available to serve residents this summer. 

A mailbox to pick up or drop off permit applications has been installed on the south end of the building at 333 Lincoln Highway.  Staff is in the office and available by appointment only, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
