Rochelle — John A. Boudreau, 63, passed away Thursday night, March 23, 2017, at Serenity Hospice and Home in Oregon. John was born June 28, 1953 in Manteno, to Arnold and Eileen (Lanoue) Boudreau. He worked at A.L. Smith, which is now Engineering Storage Co., in DeKalb for over 35 years.
John was an avid NASCAR fan.
John is survived by his parents, Arnold and Eileen, of Rochelle; two sisters, Bernette (Larry) Benson of Kankakee, and Teresa Scholfield of Sycamore; and three nephews and one niece.
The visitation will be from 9 to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 1 at Cotter Funeral Home, 224 County Hwy. 13, Momence, Ill. The funeral service will follow the visitation at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. The burial will be at Memorial Gardens in Kankakee.
