ROCHELLE – The Rochelle VFW 3878 held an appreciation dinner Friday evening for the Eastern Lee-Ogle Honor Guard to present an appreciation plaque to the co-founder, Virgil Ewald.
Ewald recently retired after and turned over the position to Guy Bays after being in charge for nearly 20 years.

Also present were Curt Preston, Don Shultze, Fred Warning, Joe Drought, Lester Ramsey, Rich Ewald, Rich Griffen, and Terry Greenfield. Due to bad weather, not everyone was able to attend.
