ROCHELLE — On Aug. 6, Scott R. Fore, 28, Rochelle, was charged with domestic battery, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Ogle County Jail.
On Aug. 6, Daniel M. Frazier, 47, Jackson, Mo., was ticketed for improper use of a cell phone while driving. He posted an I-bond.
On Aug. 7, Adrian S. Torres, 38, Rochelle, was arrested on an Ogle County warrant. He posted $500 bond and was given a court date of Sept. 1.
