On April 18 at 6:49 p.m. Goldie K. Johnson-Kirksy, 30, of Rochelle was arrested for driving while license revoked and cited for speeding and no insurance. She was released on a notice to appear with a May 10 Rochelle court date.

On April 19 at 9:56 a.m. Dylan C. Cobb, 25, of Cortland was cited for expired registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given a May 10 Rochelle court date.
