On July 12 at 1:24 p.m. Kaylie Sandoval-Smith, 23, of Holcomb was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and transferred.

On July 12 at 4:27 p.m. Miguel A. Garcia Escutia, 33, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and paid $289 and was released. He was also cited for expired registration, speeding and no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Aug. 16 Rochelle court date.

On July 12 at 6:13 p.m. Tyler C. Russey, 34, of Rockford was cited for possession of a firearm with no concealed carry license. He was also cited for speeding 60 miles per hour in a 45 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Aug. 16 Rochelle court date.
