On Sept. 3 at 11:08 p.m. Naxieli Galvan, 26, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 65 in a 45 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 4 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 3 at 11:55 p.m. Santos Miranda Aguilo, 31, of Chicago was cited for speeding 50 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 4 Rochelle court date.
