On Sept. 6 at 11:26 p.m. Rick A. Sgro, 57, of Oregon was cited for no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 4 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 7 at 2:22 a.m. Tatiana Mandujano, 27, of Rockford was cited for wrong way on one-way street. She signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 4 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 7 at 2:44 a.m. Richard S. Patterson, 54, of Rochelle was cited for disobeying a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 4 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 7 at 7:58 a.m. Daniel S. Metzger, 26, of Rochelle was arrested on a McLean County warrant and transferred.

On Sept. 7 at 8:39 p.m. Zachery Burkhart, 24, of Steward was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle and disobeying a traffic control device. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 4 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 7 at 9:34 p.m. Tracy Russom, 53, of Creston was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. She signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 4 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 7 at 7:31 p.m. Jesse Infante, 23, of Rochelle was cited for expired registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 4 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 8 at 12:54 a.m. William L. Strawn, 65, of Bartlett was cited for no insurance and speeding 48 in a 30 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 4 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 8 at 11:04 a.m. Randall P. Masterson, 75, of Rochelle was arrested for unlawful possession of controlled substance. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 11 Ogle County court date.

On Sept. 8 at 7:49 p.m. Gregory A. Tate, 52, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and transferred.

On Sept. 8 at 6:28 p.m. Ethan M. Smith, 20, of Rochelle was cited for disobeying a stop sign.  He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 4 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 8 at 6:54 p.m. Jennifer Cordero, 27, of Cortland was cited for speeding 60 in a 40 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 4 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 8 at 10:42 p.m. Cynthia B. Hayes, 59, of Rochelle was arrested for driving under the influence and cited for a headlight violation. She was released on a notice to appear with an Oct. 4 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 8 at 8:20 p.m. Angel Lazcano, 21, of Streamwood was cited for speeding 53 in a 30 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 4 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 9 at 2:08 a.m. Isaac J. Castro of Dixon was cited for no insurance and disobeying a traffic control device. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 4 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 9 at 6:47 a.m. Jessica Ramirez Zavaleta, 31, of DeKalb was cited for speeding 52 in a 30 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 4 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 9 at 7:47 a.m. Timothy Lawrence, 28, of Lake in the Hills was cited for disobeying a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 4 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 9 at 1:22 p.m, Sonia Thiara, 67, of Rochelle was cited for disregarding a stop sign. She signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 4 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 9 at 11:12 p.m. Manuel Penaran, 41, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and transferred.
