ROCHELLE — On Sept. 13 at 1:22 p.m. Mario Reynosa-Montalvo, 27, of Rochelle was arrested on an Ogle County warrant and transferred.

On Sept. 13 at 5:489 a.m. Monte D. Holt, 47, homeless was arrested for driving while license suspended. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 4 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 13 at 7:35 a.m. Ximena Esquivel Lopez, 20, of Ashton was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to yield right of way. She signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 4 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 13 at 12:52 p.m. Alondra I. Rubio, 24, of Rochelle was cited for no insurance and speeding 63 in a 40 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 4 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 13 at 1:11 p.m. Jeffrey R. Hess, 41, of Sycamore was cited for speeding 57 in a 40 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 4 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 13 at 2:58 p.m. Ivan Munoz Mandujano, 22, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 74 in a 40 miles per hour zone and no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 4 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 13 at 3:12 p.m. Kassidy B. Warner. 22, of DeKalb was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 4 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 14 at 9:36 p.m. a 16-year-old juvenile of Rochelle was cited for speeding 54 in a 30 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 18 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 14 at 8:20 p.m. Manikanda R. Venkatesan, 49, of Hawthorn Wood was cited for speeding 93 in a 70 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 18 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 14 at 10:19 p.m. Alvaro Sanchez, 20, of Georgia was cited for operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 18 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 15 at 9:33 a.m. Carl Elmer Howard II, 54, of Augusta, Georgia was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 18 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 16 at 1 p.m. Randall P. Masterson, 75, of Rochelle was arrested for driving while license suspended. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 18 Rochelle court date.
