ROCHELLE — On Aug. 23 at 7:15 p.m. Natanael Gonzalez-Moran, 36, of Rochelle was arrested for domestic battery and transferred.

On Aug. 23 at 10:08 p.m. Shealyn T. McHuigan, 32, of Rochelle was cited for disobeying a stop sign. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 13 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 23 at 10:51 p.m. Justus Eriya, 25, of Rockford was cited for speeding. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 13 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 23 at 11:05 p.m. a 17-year-old male of Monroe Center was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 13 Rochelle court date.

Om Aug. 24 at 12:36 a.m. Kenneth J. Woolfork, 38, homeless, was arrested for criminal trespass to land. He was released on notice to appear with a Sept. 27 Ogle County court date.

On Aug. 24 at approximately 7:20 a.m. officers were dispatched to Helms Field, 200 block Joanne Lane, for a call of an unwanted subject sleeping in a vehicle. When officers arrived they identified the male as Steven K. Baldwin, 61, of Rochelle. Upon speaking with Baldwin, It was determined that he had two active Ogle County arrest warrants. Officers attempted to place Mr. Baldwin under arrest and he proceeded to flee from officers in his vehicle. After a short pursuit, subject Baldwin was taken into custody without incident and charged with aggravated fleeing to elude, driving while license suspended, failure to signal, and disobeying a traffic control device.

On Aug. 24 at 1:31 p.m. Richard L. Tabor, 59, of Rochelle was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. He was released on a notice to appear with a Sept. 20 Ogle County court date.

On Aug. 24 at 2:45 p.m. Samantha R. Bell, 25, of Rochelle was cited for no valid registration. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 20 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 24 at 3:10 p.m. Thomas P. Golt, 63, of Rochelle was cited for no seatbelt. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 20 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 24 at 5:13 p.m. Jason A. Garrett, 40, of Rochelle was cited for suspended registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 20 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 24 at Lucas R. Donoho, 24, of Rochelle was cited for improper display of plates and suspended registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 20 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 24 at 7:35 p.m. Jayson J. Vincent, 47, of Rochelle was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 20 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 24 at 9:02 p.m. Armando Orozco-Garcia, 53, of Rochelle was cited for no headlights and no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 20 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 25 at 8:34 a.m. Anthony C. Nunez, 20, of Rockford was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and transferred.

On Aug. 25 at 5:35 a.m. Matthew D. Taylor, 41, of Freeport was cited for speeding 70 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 20 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 26 at 12:47 p.m. Madison Carmichael, 21, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 62 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 20 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 26 at 11:58 a.m. Kevin Kleefisch, 30, of Steward was cited for seat belt required. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 20 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 26 at 11:41 a.m. Trina Freeland, 50, of Conroe, Texas was cited for seat belt required. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 20 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 26 at 11:15 a.m. Katelyn Izer, 29, of Mt. Morris was cited for seat belt required and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 20 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 26 at 8:59 a.m. Anita Chavez, 34, of Rochelle was cited for seat belt required and was arrested on a Lee County warrant. She paid $600 and was released on the warrant and for the citation, she signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 20 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 26 at 3:25 p.m. a 13-year-old juvenile of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and transferred.

On Aug. 26 at 12:09 a.m. Dilxon U. Jimenez Roda, 19, of Rockford was arrested for no valid driver’s license and cited for speeding and no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 20 Rochelle court date. 

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
