Choose To Move Northern Rehab Challenge raises funds for Rochelle Christian Food Pantry

ROCHELLE — Northern Rehab Physical Therapy Specialists recently presented a donation to the Rochelle Christian Food Pantry. 

The funds were raised during the recent “Choose To Move Northern Rehab Challenge” event held during the month of May. This is Northern Rehab’s second fundraising event which encouraged the community to get our and enjoy the great outdoors in support of promoting physical activity and raising funds for area food pantries. 

“We chose the Rochelle Christian Food Pantry as our fundraiser recipient due to the importance of their service to the Rochelle community in providing healthy food options for those needing help obtaining food,” Aaron Nevdal, physical therapist and partner of Northern Rehab, said. “We’re pleased to present the Rochelle Food Pantry with a donation to help support their mission and food program to those in need in our community.”

Northern Rehab extends their gratitude to the community members that participated in this event and supported the Rochelle Christian Food Pantry.

The Rochelle Christian Food Pantry is a ministry in the community that is open and distributing groceries with a drive up system on Tuesdays and Fridays from 1-3:30 p.m. It is open to anyone in need.
