County police make several arrests

On Jan. 25, the Ogle County Sheriff’s office arrested Michael Iozzo, 50, of Byron, for DUI. Iozzo was held in lieu of bond at the jail.
On Jan. 25 the following were arrested for Ogle County Outstanding warrants:
Angela Newman, 50, of Rochelle, for failure to appear with a bond of $1,625.96. Newman did not post bond and was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 26.

Kimberly Young, 52, of Mt. Morris, for battery, probation, and failure to appear. Young had a bond of $3,000 (10 percent), $1,500 (10 percent), and $3,749. Young did not post bond and was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 26.
Driana Oliver, 30, of Rockford, for failure to appear with a bond of $1,208. Oliver did not post bond and was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 26.
J. Douglas Medford, 41, of Joliet, for failure to appear with a bond of $191. Medford did post bond and was released. Medford will not have to appear in court.
Eduardo Vega Jr, 38, of Rochelle, for failure to appear with a bond of $854.50. Vega’s bond was reduced to $100. Vega posted bond and was released from jail. Vega will return to court on Feb. 26.
