ROCHELLE — Rochelle Community Hospital has learned that area residents have received scam phone calls from people asking about payments and claiming to be associated with the hospital.
These are robo-calls that are also tricking you by using the hospital’s main number which is 815-562-2181. A phone call made by the RCH Business Office would never have a pre-recorded introductory message.
It is always in the your best interest never to give out personal information over the phone. If you receive a suspicious call from someone who claims to represent RCH, hang up.
