OREGON — In November 2020, Ogle County named Ms. Kathleen Isley as chief public defender to the newly developed Ogle County Office of Public Defender.
The Public Defender’s Office is a county department that will provide direct legal counsel and representation to indigent defendants in criminal and juvenile cases. Chief Public Defender Isley is working diligently in the formation of the office, which is located in the Ogle County Judicial Center.
Isley will be working to expand the office and develop a full-time staff to serve the needs of all indigent defendants in all courtrooms.
